This flattering and high stretch skirt is a double layered elastane fabric with a rouche on one side, making the skirt adjustable to where you want a little less coverage. This skirt is being paired with the asymmetrical cutout top. This skirt is offered in two colors, and you have an option of adding 4 tentacle arms to the bottom of the rouche! The length of this skirt completely extended is 14 inches.
