SHIPPING INFORMATION 

My Ready to ship items my shipping time frame is from 7-28 business days.

Items will be sent through USPS, please wait an additional 1 week to transit your order. You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order ships. 

On my Made to Order Custom products my shipping time is from 2-5 months. Once your order has shipped you will get a tracking update in your emails. Feel free to contact me to get an estimate on your ship wait time!

If purchase does not meet your exceptions please don't hesitate to reach out! I pour my heart into my creations but I am still learning while creating clothes so please be patient and understanding! I will always try my hardest to make sure your completely satisfied with your purchase. Im sorry but I don't accept refunds currently. This applies to all Queens of Ra products, including custom orders. *Initial deposits on custom orders are non refundable *

All international packages and import fees must be covered by the customer receiving the outfit! Once an item has been shipped out of the Queens of Ra warehouse then the Queens of Ra team is no longer responsible for lost, damaged, or unpaid goods.
