This creation is a beautiful cinched mini dress that hugs tightly with a symmetrical outward flow. Because of the middle in the cinch, the top of the dress pulls down for cleavage, as the skirt pulls up for a beautiful upside down V flow. The blue/brown fabric is an incredibly soft knit stretch fabric, and the burnout velvets are a rich velvet stretch fabric! The dress has two straps that tie behind the neck.
