This one of a kind ruffled lavender dress is made with a rich shiny chiffon, and is inspired by the infamous Mugler 1999 ss collection. This wrap dress is accented with semi precious stones as strap both around the neck and around the waist to secure the dress.
The ruffles of this dress are luxurious and long, touching the floor to create a dramatic affect that flows behind you!
